The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement

  • By checking the box below you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this site and confirming that you are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older). 



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • LiquorMartWhittier.com now uses GSO Select Wine Service to ship products directly to the consumer.

    Products can now be delivered to every address in California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho as well as the metro areas of Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

    Orders placed through LiquorMartWhittier.com are packed and shipped on a weekly basis. Orders that have been completed by Tuesday at 2:30pm PST will be shipped on Wednesday of that same week*. For expedited handling/shipping please contact us.

    LiquorMartWhittier.com requires a minimum order of $25 before shipping costs. If an order of under $25 is placed buyer will receive an email and the order will be cancelled. 

    All packages will require that the buyer be present at time of delivery. At time of delivery the buyer will be required to sign for the package to ensure that the buyer is of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older).

    We do not ship kegs or any tobacco products. 

    No returns or exchanges are allowed for any alcoholic beverages.

     

     

    Additional Shipping Details

    GSO provides Parcel and Freight delivery services throughout the West covering the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah.

    The Nevada service area includes the metropolitan areas of Reno and Las Vegas.

    The Arizona service area includes the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff.

    The Utah service area includes the metropolitan areas of Salt Lake City and St. George.

    Packages sent from CA to NM require two days of time-in-transit.

    Please Note : GSO does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.

  • Miscellaneous

  • After placing an order you will receive a finalized invoice within 2 business days via e-mail. This finalized invoice will include the shipping costs for your order.

    Once you have received your finalized invoice please call the store for payment at (562) 693-7731

    Payments are accepted Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 2:00pm PST.

     

    All products subject to stock on hand. If an item is ordered and we do not have the item available, buyer will receive an email notifying them of when the item will be available.

    All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to change incorrect pricing. 

    Pictures of products are for reference only. Actual product may vary. 

    No returns or exchanges are allowed for any alcoholic beverages.

    Tobacco products cannot be purchased through our site. All tobacco listings are for inventory reference only. Any orders containing tobacco products will be cancelled.
